SUCCESSFUL RELATIONSHIPS

This morning I learned of a series of losses that an old acquaintance has had to endure.  As I was thinking about her the plight of a few other people came to mind.  It occurred to me that the end of a relationship through divorce can be a sign of success as well as being blissfully related to someone eternally.

Successful relationships are dependent on each partner choosing to remain and continuously working toward.cohesion. and solidarity.  How can a relationship between two people be successful if only one person is committed to the union and working toward making it last?  How can a relationship between two people be successful if only one person wants to be in it?  Although emotions, love, ecstasy. . . have their place in relationships between two people; the decisions the two partners (individually and collectively) make regarding their relationship is the main stay.  There are times when know that it's time to go and letting your partner leave will breed incredible success by allowing both partners to separate with their dignity in tact.

I am of the firm opinion that success matters every day and in every area of life.  I am also of the opinion that a string of small success leads up the ultimate life's success that people love to congratulate and marvel over once achieved.  Let's start acknowledging all of our success -large or small -every day.  I would love an opportunity to feature one of  your success stories on this blog.  e-mail your success story to me at: .andreagfields@gmail.com
